BBC Gardening has recently introduced an Interactive Gardening Calendar or Diary in which you can enter details of your own garden and receive regular garden task reminders tailored to your garden's needs.
See also Today in Your Garden for a more general view of current gardening matters, including: In Bloom which gives some examples of plant that look good for the current month; and Ethical Gardener discussing such issues as the use of sustainable resources in the garden.

This site offers 2 types of garden Calendar, one based on "traditional garden growing guides", the other based on Moon Planting, an ancient method of horticulture still regularly practiced in some Mediterranean countries and elsewhere, including the 200-acre Tresillian Estate in Cornwall, by it's head gardener R.J. Harris, the origial inspiration for the The Gardener's Calendar website. Both calendars, for the current month, can be found by scrolling down the site's homepage; more general information on Moon Planting can be found by selecting it from the lefthand navigation.
As well as monthly tasks, the site has information on e.g. composting, building a wormery, building hotbeds etc. - all can be selected from the clear lefthand navigation.http://www.the-gardeners-calendar.co.uk/ - The Gardener's Calendar
